FinanceStackHub Marketplace Vendor Agreement
This agreement governs your participation as a vendor in the FinanceStackHub Marketplace.
Conduct Guidelines:
• No false, misleading, or deceptive claims about your products or services
• No claiming FSH endorsement, verification, or recommendation
• No targeting individuals under 18 years of age
• No soliciting fiduciary or advisory relationships through the marketplace
• Compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws
• No spam or unsolicited communications to users
Data Processing Agreement:
You agree that inquiries and user data received through the platform are used solely to respond to those inquiries and for no other purpose.
Revenue Disclosure:
FinanceStackHub takes no commission on transactions between vendors and users. Revenue is exclusively from subscription fees.
Removal Policy:
FinanceStackHub reserves the right to suspend or remove your listing for violations of these guidelines, fraud, false claims, or spam. Removed listings are suspended immediately pending investigation (24–48 hours).
